If you want to use your own training facilities to train players, then your training facilities must be level 14 or above, otherwise it’s better. Sold the youth players.

Maybe this season I'll start FA4 too. I had enough money recently, but bought 2 players for future. Now my squad is young enough to survive couple of seasons with less or no buyings. Decade ago it was almost fully homegrown, now only couple of homegrowns are fighting for matches. If my budget will start to grow with FA4 too, I may consider next YA upgrades, but maybe not.
