I think it's time to start collecting money for Stadium-11. Currently having 300M and it will take several seasons. It means some kind of starving, no buying expensive players and trying to survive with homegrown players and some squad cuts. As my TC will get academy status after couple of weeks it should be possible, core of team is relatively young and there are always some places for next generation youngsters too. After stadium I'll have more money to upgrade academies and get back to be competitive team for medals and maybe one day growing up a NT player, who deserves his place(Bassmann doesn't count as he will never be first choice keeper).

300M is nothing compared to top teams. I hope to get money for first team's stadium this season. I bought my last player there more than year ago, so now there are mostly players from own academy, sold players for almost 500M. Somehow I am still competitive in league, but not in Europe. Soon I will probably have troubles with midfield.

Here it may take some more time than year(7 seasons). My TC will be FA next week. Maybe Office or Catering will be upgraded on this period.
