Draw against Faroe Islands. And one more cooperation partner
I tried new things in the tactic on the last gameday. We hoped still for a win, but Faroe Islands got a draw against us.
Ukraine - Faroe Islands 2:2 (2:1)
Ukraine: Kebin - Gidzenko, Kandalov, Dolgonosov, Anjukov, Beketov - Kouklev, Gromyko (Raskolnikov), Barankin - Motorny (Chamatze), Swavalov.
As I see we have big problems with our defense, still with 5 defenders we concede too much goals, we don't have good side defenders, that's why I setted Beketov there.
This time I played without DM, and played Barankin as AM.
The midfield is OK, but the players are getting old. Gromyko and Kouklev performed well, Barankin will be the future. Rasko' is already old.
I can't see other midfielders right now, they could replace Kouklev, Gromyko and Raskolnikov in 3-4 seasons, only Barankin. Playmaker special skill is a must have for a good midfielder.
About strikers: Swavalov dominated, Motorny scored also sometimes, but Dolgoborodov can be good, the other strikers on the list are too weak right now.
In general: I will give chance for the young players for collecting experience, and develope as soon as possible.

Gibraltar, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan have than less points than us. N-Ireland, Liechtenstein, Kosovo, Faroe Isl and Cyprus weren't also able to collect more points than Ukraine.
(2000 points from Prykarpattya tied to 3 (teams got these points) = 667 points in the league ranking for this season).
I've got already a lot of positive answers. I can't guarantee that Ukraine will be the best on the world, the following teams also need to do their part of the job, that Ukraine developes.
To be honest chinese managers are not sure they just wrote mostly like OK, and didn't know what I can expect.

As for me, in the nearest future, I throw all my strength into building a youth academy and educated young players. I understand, that my players are not strong enough for the national team. But my strategy is based on the use of young players from my academy.
Hi. Finally it's allowed to play tennis in Germany where I live, and I'm very motivated about my tennis team, where I'm team captain, as same as here about my club team Prykarpattya and the NT of Ukraine.
After Bilhorod wasn't born any another youth player, but I guess they will come.

It seems like Season 61 we will also host European Championship (with Russia - well, interesting). I asked already about in the forum, is it a bug, or there are 2 host countries?
If we host, we are automatic qualified for it, and it's also better, if the teams are starting to build stadiums (120.000 are already okay), my team is prefering to build stadium instead of training grounds or youth academy.
I'm planning long therm to stay as national trainer. And this way I want to build up an ukrainian national team. And searching for other cooperation teams. Some new players were born already. This morning I saw him:

Bigger stadium = more money. This way we can make the league also more competitive. For the clubs are important to build, build, build, and develope.
