Keeper is definitely the weakest player of this team, so I'm hoping an upgrade comes through my youth center. Defense will be pretty good, midfield will be my oldest group, but most star power and definitely the most exciting group will be my 3 young forwards. Their development is going very well and all look to be at 3+ stars by the time they turn 21.

Nice, ranks. That's a pretty impressive youth squad. Midfielders are really solid already, and forwards are going to be beasts.

I've only been playing for one season, so the academy is just getting going and not much great yet. I'm only using the transfer market to clear out the trash (feel free to buy them now based on that ringing endorsement), so haven't bought any young talents either. I'm spending all my money on facility upgrades at the moment. My future team is maybe more suited for a small-sided indoor game.

One of my "Future" players just got his first start in a League 2 match. The club issued this statement:

Mortensen played the full 90 minutes and earned a solid match rating of 5 in the 2-0 loss. With Lopez continuing to serve his suspension for an ugly challenge in Sunday's win against "REAL MADRID", the young defender is looking for more chances to impress and gain valuable first-team experience.

The next best thing at forward for my team; has good fixed skills and will develop into a nice option to bolster our depth.

Obviously, weakness will be at midfield, but I'll be getting some of those as time goes on. Langfitt will be a PLAYER when his time comes as he is already looking very good! The team is also going through an American revolution as most of the players coming into my academy are American, so we'll see about that, but very diverse 11 above.

That keeper is really going to be good, aside from the unfortunate name, of course.
Reviers is great, pretty jealous, did you train him in passing and blocking and not scoring, just seems odd that those values are so high for a defender.
I was feeling good about my team before I looked at your youth defenders.
It's cool that you have a St. Kitts and Nevis NT player on your youth squad, did you know that their team is called the "Sugar Boyz", I wish I was making that up.
Nice pickup on Tickleman (I realize that's spelled wrong), value has almost doubled in a month, and good player.

Yeah, he is. Maybe eventually I'll start training passing a bit more to be able to better utilize him.
