Ok...thankx MR MIKE, I do appreciate ur conscine here....but to tell u d fact my team is not performing well, like last season i monitor/looked into this club FC DELHI {PATHFINDERS} they do really good, bcox at that time it was a BOT TEAM but now i dnt understand them!, is it bcause is MR CHEF in charge or what...ur help is need@all managers

First let me clarify... The team wasn't in a good shape... It did well because it was in a lower league and It's definitely not because of you taking charge... Every season the last team gets relegated and the first team gets promoted... This might be the reason why you felt FC Delhi did well previous season...

There can be many strategies to build your team... You could either start buying good players or you could slowly start developing your facilities... My suggestion is for as long as you are league one build up your stadium you should easily get the crowd to upgrade it and better stadium gives better revenue... Next I would suggest you to try to get a decent goalkeeper... Remember that a goalkeeper is good till 37 or maybe more... Then I would suggest a decent forward... If you are interested in buying players let us know... Some of us may have a few to spare and we could put it up for minimum price but there might be a lot of bids in that case...

welcome mr. chef...try to buy a decent gk in next t.w...in league1 it will be better for you to buy players rather than pulling youths...

Atleast pulling in of youths are what am interested for now, not until the transfer window is open...AM just tryin to upgrade my scout office for a better search in case of transfer open.....incase any of u guyz are interested to sell out a player {good and talented} for me i wil be appreciated and if u are also interested in buying any of my players, u guyz are free bcox all the players are FOR SALE!. Any amount GRANTED!

TBH I don't think anyone from this group will buy your players yet Mr. Chef. But we'll try to post in these forums whenever we sell a player who can be useful for you.
