I was wondering about something about the player's market: Wich policy about buying players will you have?

I don't want to spend money in players. I want to use my young ones, even when that means that my performances will be of lower level.

Tell me your tactics, fellows!

Any homegrown players that is better than the players i have in my squad currently and any decent 2 stars youths.

If you have good 2 stars youths then use them to play as many games they can to level up quick and if they are no good then sell them at the end of the season.
