@Alex I had it before Ron did so I'd prefer giving it to either someone new or perhaps to someone who hasn't run in awhile.  If nobody else shows interest, I'll step in and take the job.

Regardless, we need to get this ship turned around.  I think something for a few managers to keep in mind is that we need diversity in player types to be succesful.  My philosophy in recent seasons has been to utilize as many trait bonuses as possible.   Super Sub/Audience+Tournament Players' are all positives when used correctly.  

We need teams to train these youths and invest time in developing them into NT worthy players instead of selling them off early.

I'd also like to see more group participation when discussing the NT.  It's gotten to the point where I think most managers don't really care anymore about it.  That sucks. 

To a fault, I probably invest training time and purchase Canadian players when I can.  I have 2 future NT players and 2 current/former NT players.  Now that I've had the level 10 YC for a little while, I've started producing some decent youths and will plan to develop them to their max potential.

If the players can't help me by the age of 23 then the player will be sold, but at least he will be well developed for the new owner.  He/She might actually value said player and invest trainings in them and then it becomes a win/win.  You get paid but the player also stays NT relevent.

I think there is another 9-10 days left before candidates need to be known.  I'll wait until the upcoming weekend before commiting.  I'd like to hear from some other managers about the situation.
