Welcome to to the new teams in Level 1, wishing you all the best of luck for the seaon ahead.
Personally will be looking to give Liverpool City another close finish as well as defending the Cup and also continue the winning streak with the England team.

England team is going well, I do interact with managers who have England players. I talk through private message about selection tactics etc.
I am very happy with the talent and age of the team, there are some very good players coming through.
A win today will see us through.
A great 3-0 win over Iceland, the England team is looking strong.
I am sorry Andrei, but I do not have unlimited time to private message every manager, and I cant talk about tactics in an open forum.
You can follow the England team by watching there games and if there are any concerns or advice it would be better to message me as I would not want other International managers to see our tactics etc.
Too late now, since clearly the selection has changed.
The mighty Canvey Island secured their first win of the season, away from home. The bookies are making some big payouts back in Essex on that suprise result.
If you fancy a punt, they are 4-1 odds on not scoring any more points for the rest of the year.
Congrats on the first win - hopefully you'll get a few more between now and the end of the season (although not too many - someone needs to finish below me ;) )
As usual, another transfer window and another key player sold (this time my best midfielder), but I'm actually feeling fairly positive, as my young(ish) team is starting to look like a solid mid-table side.
Whilst one win from three doesn't look like the best of starts, I'm actually pretty pleased with my two 1-0 defeats against the last two English champions. Hopefully we'll be able to pick up a few more points in our next few games!
Sometimes I love minimise defeat.
You used 'minimise defeat' against what is effectively a 'bot team'? Wow.
It also works against teams that scout extensively. Can't blame people for using it but it sucks and the situation with the game is a joke.
More than half the teams now playing settle for draw and minimise defeat , with 5-3-2, regularly and getting more shots than teams playing counter attack and play to win.
Something very wrong with that.
People can use whatever tactics they like - you've just got to do your best to try and beat them.
When I play the top sides away, and have almost no chance of winning, it makes sense to try and park the bus, use minimize defeat and try to get a point. Sometimes it works...

... but I'd get relegated if I used it every week, as it absolutely destroys my team's attacking capabilities. Maybe it would be different if I had England's number 1 striker though!
When I'm playing bottom sides at home, I really need to try and pick up three points, to help me stay out that bottom three - using a defensive setting and settling for a draw just won't do! Of course... sometimes the match engine likes to have some fun...
