To be honest to get back into League 1 again already shows your doing the right kind of things... keep improving your team (Obvious, but necessary)

Looking at your side your doing the right kind of things.. you might want to start thinking about buying in some younger Defenders/Mids (23-25) You can get similar players to the 28/29/30yr olds for peanuts! ie. I have a 23yr old defender that is selling for a 13th of his value!
