A solid start to the season, beating a very tough team 2-0 at home. Good luck to all (except in your games against Seaburn Beach!) for the new season.

After 3 back to back defeats that saw the spirit squad lingering in last place, Natsumi's Army finally picked up a point, in a 1-1 away game against fellow stragglers Forza milan last seasons highs seem a distance memory as the defense that leaked just 31 goals in 38 matches has managed to already leak 7 in the opening four.

I've just noticed that for the first few games of the season, I play the team that you've just played, Natsumi. Perhaps my good results so far are down to the fact that you've tired them out in the previous game?

Goals are coming a lot easier for me this year. 36 in 38 games last year, 7 from 4 already. It'll be interesting to see whether this keeps going or whether it's a fluke!

After 4 games in, the Imperials have performed exactly according to expectations, but in a heart-breaking way. In 3 of those games, they outperformed their opponents in terms of stats, but that does not matter when the scoreline is not in your favour.

When asked to comment, Kesvick replied: "I'm sure Natsumi is happy that we're in this league, since she's not due for automatic relegation, but we'll do our best to push her down to that peg."

Seaburn Beach's surprise start continues. In the post-match press conference, Stephen was delighted. "I'm delighted," he said.

It remains to be seen whether the Beach can maintain their recent uncharacteristic goalscoring form after three seasons of playing some of the most boring football in the division. To put things into perspective, after four games of this season, Seaburn have already scored a quarter of the goals they managed in the whole of last season. Despite these goalscoring exploits, there was a low attendance at the Old Tram Shelter. The club will be hoping for more fans to attend in future matches.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The matches to me seem close, but it's just always losses. Anyone wants to analyse it and then use a big mallet and whack me over the head with it repeatedly?

You seem to be taking a lot of shots in your last two games. Is this from 'normal' shooting?

A very quick look at your players suggests to me that your team is full of clones.

All of your strikers are essentially the same. Same speed, same power, same scoring, same tactics, same other skills.

Your midfield is pretty much the same too. Passing about 4.8, tactics about 4.

In defence, you have a little more variety in player skills, but even here you have some clones.

You may have enough to survive, as your defence is pretty strong. Losing 8 games and only conceding 10 games shows how tight the games are.
