The Rocking Soccer Community of India is in deep crisis
I am really frustrated, not only for my team but for the entire country, none of of the clubs in our country have done well in the International tournaments (Asian League, Asian Champions LEague) which will lower our ranking in the asian league rankings and make the situation worse, the worst thing is that we have fallen from the 9th rank to 18th rank which is REALLY BAD.
Even our national team is going through a crisis, we had a bad time in the Asian Qualifications and India finished last in the group. We have fallen in the national team rankings from 67 to 118. :( :( its really a sad time for Indians. :(
GUYS WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING SO THAT WE WILL BE BACK WITH A BANG IN THE NEXT LEAGUE AND CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! WE ALSO NEED TO COME BACK IN THE INTERNATIONAL ARENA ALSO!
Some ideas for stopping this crisis-
1.Train mostly Indian Players and make them really good also be smart in training players.
2. viktor must do something to stop the Indian National Team to fall in crisis
3. Guys invite foreign users(people who play RS) to come and join Indian Leagues, the experience and the amount of these players will help India's Leagues and Teams.

Clubs from India:
! I take the blame for not qualifying - Mandalay FC had an older better team. I have not purchased players since season 6-7 offseason.
Apart from Fc champs no other team has been around long enough.
It takes a bit of time to have enough money to buy players and compete in international tournaments and a fair amount of luck since the probability of scoring goals has decreased. Patience is the key.
NAtional Team?
Our top scorer is Aparna Chidambaram. Enough said.
We could have played another similar defender but corner calculations were going to change which meant it made more sense to play for the future than for the present especially since with Chidambaran in, our defence was weaker.
Another version of the question I asked last season: Do we want to maintain our rankings or do we want the team to be better in a couple of seasons? I believe rankings mean nothing- qualifying once is better than being ranked higher for 10 world cups.
The shortlist of players a NT coach can choose from seems to be based on Value.
imo Value gives too much credit to tactics,speed,power and almost same amount of credit to trainable skills. If managers train stuff so that their player has a better value, or enough value to beat 10 bots, there is not enough quality to choose from.
Unless people claim that a better value player is better no matter what the skills may be.

As far as national team is concerned, it will get better just by the players Champs and Bombay Fc has. It will take a few seasons and a bunch of active manager with high level YC and TC to make a good national team. Club coefficients is a different story :D
My request to Indian managers please train atleast one Indian player such that he will make in to national team with ease ... Cominng to game it improved a lot ... Coming to my self I never thought of V Reddy will be my back up forward but Training Pushkala completely changed my view and now u can see some notable 5+ stars in my team
Make Patience... InDiA will be back strongly........we have some good players nd Also now we hv some active indian managers...

1/ When I started out FC Champs was the only other team with an active manager in the top division. Now there are 11 non-bot managers in League-1, 8 in league-2, 9 in league-3 and on their day, any of those teams could win.
2/ When I created my U-21 team, there were no other U-21 teams till Fc Champs did and after that every time there were an odd number of clubs with a u-21 squad, I was worried my team would not get enough u-21 matches and I would play some of them in the regular matches.
Now 7 of the 11 League-1, 7 of the 8 league-2, 5 of 9 league-3 and 1 league4 manager have a u-21 squad.
\/That tells me the Indian community has had more managers in the last 5 seasons than it did in the first five. And in 5-6 seasons the NT will have more players to choose from, the players in the leagues will be better. Will the league,NT be as good as the best in the region? It depends on the changes made to the ME and how many managers stick around.
