This is a thread to discuss the season 5 Cup.

The round of 16 is next.

It seems that I got stuck playing yet another league 1 team. The match between the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Seattle Cataclysm should be an exciting one.

There is another interesting match between Enhac Kavey and the Las Vegas Devils. Enhac Kavey might be the favorite, though an upset is not impossible.

Talent Kids, Kandokan, SFVP, Sai Gon United, and Union all look like they should advance to the quarterfinals. Syracuse and Des Moines are lucky to both have a chance at advancement.

It seems I'm playing away with Seattle Cataclysm. Such a bad luck :(

I lost last 3 seasons all due to Seattle Cataclysm in his stadium! I will revenge this year!

I only played you last year. You lost to the Cattle Grinders 3 seasons ago and Tornado 2 seasons ago.

I'd rather play your team in the semifinals or finals. I hate when I end up playing the stronger teams in the earlier rounds while some random team lucks its way into the semifinals through easy matches and improbable upsets.

SFVP lost to REAL MADRID in 5th round! The first big surprise.
Talent Kids lost to the League 3 team! Another surprise.
Either Seattle or Pittsburgh will be out this round also.
The Cup is getting more interesting!

I will play another away game vs Las Vegas Devils, we'll see how it goes. After the surprise draw last League game, I'm a lot more careful now, hopefully I can see you guys next round!

That's a shocking upset, especially for a team that has historically been really successful in the Cup.

The Cup is fairly random (and they are going to change the home advantage soon, though it may just be relevant to income).

Dammm it! Another year without reaching Quarter final in the Cup.. This is so unfair!

How on earth did I beat Tintin's team? I'm on the brink of relegation in leagues right now. And now it looks like I almost have a guaranteed semi-final slot because I'm going against some 3.2 team.

I would have never predicted either of the 2 major upsets. Real Madrid does have a keeper who is on the national team. Although I expected Enhac Kavey to win, the Las Vegas Devils have underperformed to some extent this season. They will probably be competing for a top 8 spot before the season ends and can be dangerous to play against; they have a pretty good keeper too.

A PA and/or Vietnam final is almost inevitable at this point if 2 league 1 teams make it.

While SFVP is playing with youth team for the Cup, I actually play the best team against Calcium and still got defeated :(

I lost to Seattle, but I'm still satisfied with the result. Congrats Ulysses, Round 5 is my best record. Every year I lost to a team I couldn't even recall the name since I was playing at his stadium, at least this year I can remember who beat me :(

My scout center revealed that I absolutely would win my latest cup match, however, the real result was so painful. I completely lost my trust on my scout staffs from now :(.
