Lads - this is something! The wages for my whole team is twice less than this guy ...

I don't get it. In the previous experiment formulae my top players had a high salary and I was ok with it . But now those salaries are decreasing? Why are the youth players wages so high even when they are young ? Shouldn't older players have a salary much higher than youths?

Here are my suggestions
Increase wages of top players
Make sure the wage of older players is higher than youths
Wouldn't mind having the keepers wage increased a bit

How does this work?

Weekly wage is €8594
Weekly wage (Experimental) is €1743
Weekly wage after transfer is €8703

Why is is weekly wage after transfer still so high?

9000 RSD extra on the salaries. But that's only due to the youth team. The first team is down by 7000, since they're rather aged.

Oraw, "Weekly wage" and "Weekly wage after transfer" are calculated with an old formula. Every player transfer raised his wage a bit.

Experimental wage is calculated with a new formula. Will it affect the wage after transfer, I don't know.

Also can anyone clarify the part where unused XP is also calculated. So is it the same thing if you store XP or use it ( clearly indicating spending in better)

I'm okay with this. Seems reasonable to me.

The new salary formula is better the previous one.
But with all due respect, even the increased squad salary (less than 50M rsd per season) is practically nothing for the big clubs...

It is punished to host young players in the team. It is supposed to be encouraged ...

The salaries of good players who are 20-22 years old may be acceptable, but it is unacceptable that the salaries of 15-18 year old players increase so much. They insist on doing wrong. Really incredible.

@Keju: older players should only have a higher salary if they are comparable. If the younger players are much more promising they will now get a higher salary.

It indeed will not matter for the wage whether you spend XP or save it. This solves a loophole where you could save up XP for young players to keep wages artificially low.

it seems dependence of payment on talent is too much linear. Selyutin's case shows what can considerably change financial balance of a game

The formula seems to iron out a lot of the issues I had previously. Very high talent players seem to have high wages. This might, I suppose, be a problem for high talent players from lower than YC10 youth centres. I have a YC9, 6.55 talent guy who I can still easily afford. Newer clubs might struggle though? I suppose they can always sell the player, but it might be worth looking at.
