One attribute that is needed is a skill like sharppasser (sharpshooter attribute for assists), perhaps called creative or Accurate Passer.

Ritualist; Tweaking ball; Shaky; Veteran; Savage; Short Passing; Paradox; Impatient; Hunter goals; Truant; Powerful Kick; High Pressing; Without Stress; Tactical Foul; Accurate; Unconventional; Better Crossing.

New special atributes:
**** Accurate - Probability inaccurate passing is twice less. Recipient has two times more chance to accept ball. (Natural)
**** High Pressing - Player tries to tackling ball already on half (side/page) opponets. Players opposite team located in the same field worse assume (accept) ball, worse passing and have less chance on put a precise shot. Player loses energy quicker. (The higher speed it is better pressing) (Trainable 5credits 6500exp 15days)
**** Salvor - Chance 10% on kicking ball with goal line, when your opponent has hit a goal and chance 10% to achieve alignment or reduce loss goal. (natural)




My previous suggestions (old):
**** Acceleration - the maximum speed increased by 4 (trainable). Perfectly moves between fields. Players from teams play at empty field forward. This player moves into the this sector at full speed behind ball! Leaving opposing team players behind at least one sector! This player has a reduced tactic by 20%. Activation condition! The speed this player > Speed player opposing team. (Natural)
*** Actor - runs the risk catching a yellow card for the purpose of fighting/winning a penalty (natural)
*** Adrenalin - after receiving a yellow card or when someone trips over him receiving bonus for skills solid (natural)

**** Adult talent (explosion young talent) - Player having 24 years receives an explosion of talent, gaining by him experience is 2.0x higher until age 25 (finnishing experience 2.0x higher). (appears only at (in) age of 24 years) (natural)
*** Alive Wall - If the average in the team is smaller by at least 0.25 or more balls, player gets a bonus of 1 ball to block. (natural)
**** Alumnus - Presents itself better in team, in which he started a career. (Natural)
*** Ambitious - Player gets random bonuses against theoretically stronger team and better game in Intertional Cups. (natural)
*** Bashful - The player playing weaker against teams much better (when the team is worse by at least 0.25 balls). (natural)

*** Blind (GK) - worse defend long shots (natural)
*** Body Fight - Players gives bonus to strenght, when is located in the sector 1,2,4 and 11,13,14. (training - strenght>4; 2credits 1500exp 14dni16h)
*** Brave - higher probability of shoot goal or fighting/winning a penalty, higher probability injuries (natural)

*** Burn (I) (professionally) - His skills after age 30 decrease two times faster than normal. (natural)
**** Burn (II) - from 27 year old decrease his abilities is increased by 50%. This ability appears only at (in) age of 27 years! (natural)
*** Chummy - more often passing (natural)

*** Clever - training costs amount to 90% of the base value. (natural)
*** Creative - in each match one passing - create 100% situation to the goal (natural)
*** Croaker - often loses the ball while dribbling (natural)

*** Dogged - punishment for fatigue is reduced by 1/2 (natural)

**** Muscular (II) - Maximum power increased by 5 balls. (Natural)
**** Muscular (III) - maximum power is possible to improve about four balls higher, the maximum speed to train reduced by one. (natural)
*** Nationalist - plays better in team consisting of most of his nationality, worse when there are few players of his nationality. (natural)

**** Not liked - gets less passes from his teammates (natural)
**** Not responsible - often trips over and often enter into dribbling (natural)
*** Offenssive tempered - often going forward to support attack, faster loses energy. (natural)
**** Offside - If a player opposing team after a pass into the box or one of the fields at the same level scored goal after a pass, exists 5% chance that goal will be not considered by a judge. *** Pragmatic - gaining a bonus to duels when playing in defense, gets punishment for shots when the game in attack (natural)
*** Preeminent - receives 0.5 balls tactics and randomized to one of skills 1 balls. (natural)
**** Pupil sponsors - If this player will play in match (not counting friendlies) sponsor covers the cost of his salary at weekend. (natural)
*** Reflex (GK) - better defence shoots with area 14,15 or 0,1 (+0,75 blocking ) (natural)

*** Regeneration - by 30% he regenerates faster fatigue and reduced the time his return to health after injury. (natural)

*** Star - Attendance +10%, if the player is in the top 11 best players of the team. (natural)
**** Stiff - rarely moves from one field to another field, his easier to pass during dribbling. (natural)

*** Stupid - salary reduced by 25%, slower to learn new skills (natural)
*** Switch-Over - The player is trying to hoist/pull to himself players of the opposing team, then flip ball to the other wing. (training 1 credits 2500 exp 12d7h)
**** Technical able (training) - Player is harder to pick up the ball and his more often fouled in the central zones the pitch. (able/training 5credits 5000exp 30days and 20 year or less)

**** Technical shot - player often shoots towards goal. (Trainable: age<24; 3credits 5000exp 18d4h)
*** Timid - forgiveth 1 on 1 duels (random punishment for duels), rarely catch cards. (natural)
**** Tired - Maximum strength -2 (natural)
*** Training after hours - an additional 12 trainings for a week (natural)

**** Universal - For every 1 ball tactics player receives a bonus of 0.25 ball to any other skills than the major, if it is located in a different position during the match. (Natural)
*** Unstable - Growth experiences per a match is random and it is the experience base + random from a base value in the range of -25% to +25%. (natural)
**** Valued up - salary higher by 25% than normal, this attribute occurs only in Supertalent. (natural)

**** Warrior - The more goals his team lost, the better he plays (natural)
*** Watchful (GK) - better defend during corner kicks and free kicks (natural)
**** Without condition - two times faster gets tired (natural)
**** Womanizer - Large fluctuations form! (natural)

MAT, these are nice ideas but some skills are are way too good. For example Muscular II gives 5 bonus balls in power, that is just too much. And if I understand creative right that also in my opinion is too strong cuz it guarantees you a goal every single game

If player has power equal 4,35 and training max power 6,00.
Now player receives special atritues "Muscular II" Its power looks like this: power equal 4,35 and training max power 11,00.

Digits I or II or III means one with possibilities which you can give to Special Atributes.

How about an attribute that makes player skills drop at later age than 21? Or slows down the skill drop a small percentage. RS needs their own Paolo Maldini's. :D

@Mat oh yeah sorry, didnt read it right. Then its ok, but no one will train player to 11 balls because it takes too much time so not really sure its worth to invent this. But this is a great list, you have done a really good job.

How about the following attribute: "Freak of nature" (natural) (good atribute)
Freak of nature - age does not affect the skills (speed, power, endurance - this 3 definitely) and maybe primary skill.
Something similar to LeBron James, he is definitely freak of nature in a positive sense.

It's time to join some new special skills,so matches will be more interesting.

1、Communicate
Players with this skill are good at communicate with others.When two or more "communicate" players in the field(same team),all of them get a little addtion.

2、Penalty area killer
Players with this skill get some addition when they move into opponent's penalty area,but have a little penalty outside there.

3、Long pass master
Get some addition when do a long pass.For example,sender pass=0,receiver pass=5,sender has this skill,the real pass value will be 5+addition.

4、Encourage
One or two random teammates get a little addition when the player with this skill is in the field.Two or more "encourage" players will bring more addition,but one player can only get addition once.

5、Defend leader
All other defenders,including GK and DB,will get a little addition when the player with this skill is in the field.The leader must be defender himself.When he leave the field(be placed or injury),it will be some penalty to other defenders.Two or more leaders won't be more addition,but more penalty.
