Wow... this is one hell of a disappointment for a YA2 ST. Even without the negative special.
My last two ST's were younger with the exact same talent, but 1 came from YC 10 and 1 from YA1. And I had only 1 staffmember in YC at that time. 

Still hoping for a 6 or higher talented ST one day.

@davo: you might have a point there. I think my building ended the day after my last youth player arrived. But since the new time window for the next talent to arrive hadn't started yet (I'm 99% sure about this) shouldn't he be created in the YA2? Or is a new player always created exactly at the moment you receive a new one?

I’m pretty sure that it is based on the start date of the section that says ‘your next youth will arrive between’. Do you know what date your YA2 finished? If so, what is the date of your next youth?

@Davo: I don't know exactly and I can't find a way to retrieve this information (a calendar would still be a great addition).
I've upgraded my Museum 6 levels since then and started on my HC a couple of days ago... so some time has passed allready.

Extremely dissappointed.
Really poor talent + somewhat close to max age I could get.

Edit: Had 2x 10 talented office workers on YC. Now fired one of them.
