Yes he's old, but other than that he's a marvelous prospect. I agree with Numpty: my choice would be forward.
I dont understand why are you complaining about his age?!?! you have 1 staff in your YA. My last 5 pulls : 14.41, 14.25 , 14.28 , 14.36 , 14.45 and my 6 pull was 14.9 supertalent but with only 6,7 talent. So no need for complaining !

I would do a defender Stephen because he has no traits for mid and fw positions but could be a great defender. Also there are less supertalent defenders, so demand will be higher on the market.

My last ST from YA 2 was 15y 16w.
So you are far from almost maximum :)
YA 1 age range is 15y00w-15y51w
Now deduct 54 weeks for two L10 staff (27 each) -
So age range should be:
- 13y50w-14y49w with both staff
So 14 year, 49weeks seems pretty close.

Well, intelligent could be most useful for players who need lots of tactical capability, which would be mostly defenders or defensive midfielders. Alternatively, you could use them for players who would benefit from lots of specials, like attacking midfielders or potentially set piece takers.
I don't know if many people here would use a ball playing set piece taking DM, but a combination of that would be ideal in terms of trainability for long term use. If you want to sell him I'm not so sure it would be worth bothering with all that.
To add to @Joddit's remarks the other stand out quality is his high speed. This is most useful on a forward but that's not a good use of Intelligent.
So the best use of everything, Talent, Intelligent and Speed is probably as a wing defender trained with Versatile, Dribbling and Longshots, plus the usual. But he'll be great wherever you put him. Maybe even a Sweeper stacked with loads of specials.
