I was also suffering from such wages even higher than yours when I took over this team newly, I tried as much as I could to fix some errors but if it's a little late because the transfer window is closing soon. This was the reason I bought some rubbish players into my team and move them to my first team so that I can be able to sell the good old ones I have to decrease the expenses.
I have also saw teams that buy rubbish players putting them in their first team only to have few best players ( black star/stars players ) in their team to play with. And I found out the reason for such is because to maintain the wages flow in the team and also the have higher facilities as well ( the facility that generates income and the facility that drains their income as well ).
Bro this game is a brain-joker, so funny

am not a jumper.. i just want to measure the iq of certain players and unfortunately i have found out that some of you cant use a single brain cell to minimize the dying team effort

Numpty was just challenging team "i am trouble" but there was nobody accepting it who "am not a jumper"...
