I finally got a supertalent since I hadn't had one in the previous 30 pulls, my first one with a level 15 youth academy.

He's got no specials and he's not that young either. So you can make him anything you want.
If it were me I would sell him at the next transfer window and hope for a decent amount.

No, there's nothing wrong with him, but not great either. He's got the talent of a YA4 player, but he's older and has no natural specials.
You essentially have 3 options:
- Keep him and train him yourself. With your facility levels he'll probably just be about good enough for your current team, but nothing special.
- Treat him as a farm player and sell him once you can get around the max bank value.
- Sell him right away and hope you get a decent price for him.
If you take the 3rd option he might make around the max bank value, saving you the time of farming him.
But his market value is currently zero, how do I get his max bank value ? That's around USD25million
All players get a market value once they reach a star rating of 1.00. At which point you are allowed to sell them.
If you list him right away then you take a small risk that someone buys him at below $25 million. But in my opinion he'd probably go multiple rounds and make at least that amount. Maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. No guarantees though.
