Because he is a better coach than you could ever dream of. AND he has a wonderful team and he is looking to building something for himself in the next couple of seasons.

Exactly dulin. Do you, do what you feel is best. You owe no one an expl for wanting or not wanting to jump. Those two are serial jumpers are are not in the position to question you. You have a great team already.

A team in Turkmenistan became vacant with nice facilities but I didn't make the move/switch to the team, do you know why? Because I don't want and I if I do the popularity of that team won't match my current team popularity.
