Should I keep him or sell him?
I had to mention that my football academy is at level 1 and now I don't have enough money to upgrade it. So my first thought is to sell him..but I wanted to get some advices. Thanks!

try to give him all match xp + friendlies , one position training, and sell ..
A position training? Complete waste of exp and credits on a player like that in my opinion.
yes, 1x position training.. he have 0.1 blocking & 0.25 scoring.. its more than 1.6k xp points.. he dont need scoring or blocking

Awesome. You really are grinding out the Nica next generation. I'd suggest DM or Defender. Intelligent gives that extra ball of tactics and means you can load on the special trainings.
