Buying non-team players (2)
Some players are sometimes discarded by their club even before they reach the age of 30.
Most of these players are players who have to be excluded because either the transfer market is closed or they're too weak.
So why can't we bid players who are not in a single team?
They may prove useful to other teams which are weaker than the teams who discarded them.
