I think it would be interesting to see players learning a new language after get into a new club.
They should spend one year to learn English (or they don't have), and at least two years to learn Chinese, depending on their birthplace.
Players would adapt their new club slowly.

i like the idea.Maybe there can be an "adaptability" factor and a "inteligence" factor and if both are pretty high they can learn languages faster and maybe even learning some special skills faster.Just like in real life,there are smart soccer players and there are some pretty dumbs too...who never learn:)
Take those French Newcastle United players as an example, and maybe Krul would face the language barrier. (lol)
