Number of online managers and chat room (7)
Most of online football manager games show the number of "online team" and also provide some sort of chat room for the active managers to communicate and grow the community much faster.

We are considering adding a chatroom. As for showing the number of online managers: what would this add?
Yeah,add multiple chat rooms for example: global chat room,country chat room,league chat rooms and custom chat rooms where users could create their own passworded rooms and invite friends to their rooms for a little chat.

Number of online managers could give an indication of how many active users we have, which is always a good sign of a healthy community.
chatroom or irc server its a good idea.
