I think it will be more interesting if RS can consider the possibility of an individual accolades which a top player around the RS can win at the end of every season.such as the ballon d'or shortlist which many players who perform better during the season can contest to win it and as the continue to vote d best 3 players shortlisted just like,

ronaldo. In real world. Interesting ryt?. And at the end the best player announce during that time. Which will be d best player in RS around d world as at dat year, also best manager, highest goals scorer,
the best team,
this player break record just as in real world etc.
