I have a question: A human player leave this team,so this computer team have a 500 area and 45396 prestige.
Can new player restar and instead this team at once? Does new player get 45396 prestige or nothing?
Or waiting the team prestige become 0 for instead?
Why? Waiting the answer, where is the answer should I see?

This team can't be taken by new players but it can be taken by people who left a club themselves after they got at least one building on level 5.
