Counter tactic to 4231 (4)
What formation do you usually go with against a 4231? Assume that the AMR, AMC, AML and ST are equally skilled.
classic formation without DM,AM, etc. only def,mid,st

I tried that, didn't work well according to my scouts, to say the least:P
So far what has worked best is a classic Mourinho 433, LB, DCB, CB, RB, DM, CM, CM, AMR, AML, ST. It's not a clear counter, but seems to give me more wins than losses against teams with equal value.
