How high a level does your scout facility have to be to create a player? I have a level 2, so how much higher do i need to go?
In fact, you can create a player already with level 1. You can create a player of 24-26 years, with 150 credits. In level 3 you can create a 21-23 years player with 250 credits. Plz, go to scout office and then look the last tab. It is "create a player".
