Hey,
just a small question I have an injured player of 20+ days and starting to build a health centre, does it mean that my player will go down to 10-11 days after it's build (50% injury time)???

No, the health center only effects injuries what happens when the actual Health center level is active. Every build or upgrade later then the injury happened are don't do any effect of it.
(If your player is injured and you upgrade to level 3, you are not allowed to heal your player for money and credit.)
