We are a few hours after the start of the transfer period now, and the forum is already full with posts of all kinds of players. This is a good thing, as it means the game is growing and as it will become more popular (as we all hope, I assume), the forum will be continuesly more crowded and it will be more and more difficult to find what you are looking for. I therefore have a suggestion to make this more effective.
Why not use the scouting office as a place where you can advertise for your player as well. There will be a small dialogue box for the seller with space for free text, and some basic features will be filled out automaticly, as age, talent, position, stars, etc.
Now in my idea there would be two transfer lists in your scout office. Let's call one 'hidden' transfers, and the other 'open transfers'. The hidden list only contains players with no advertisement, so players that are released by bots and maybe players that friends try to pass on to each other. This list would be limited to certain regions, depending on the level of your scout office, as it is now.
The other list would contain all players advertised for, in which as a buyer, you can make your own selection with preference for position, age, etc. Like in 'setting's' at the moment. No regional limitations here, as sellers volunteered to put their players on the list for everybody to see, like in the forum.
The advantages should be clear: it will become much more easy for the right buyers and sellers to find each other. Language problems will be partly avoided as the features are translated automaticly. Only the free text not everybody could read, but that is not the most important, usually. And we would be rid of an increasingly expanding forum.
