I've been searching for players in the botteams in my league.
And i've bid on some players (which costs me credits) and most got declined by the teams, and now 1 is accepted... and instead of him joining my team, the player goes on the transferlist.... Now another manager have bid on him and has more succes rate ( which is BS)!!
Why can't i just contract him?

My scout office is lvl 1 and i can see transfer listed players in only one region. Could i see transfer listed players if i visit team pages of clubs outside my region?
Can i buy player from bot club? Bot clubs always declined my enquiry. This is always or not?

@Rankez: you should read the tips on the page where you make a transfer enquiry. You can buy players, but not all of them. You should read these tips to know which ones you can try.
A transfer went through yesterday without my knowledge or consent that sent one of my players to another club.

The transfer was agreed between your club and the one who bought your player before you became the manager.
