Am I still a candidate for a NT my player has been withdrawn from due to play-offs? (2)

he was a NT player at the time I offered myself as NT coach f Papua New guinea.
Because of the play-offs, my NT players where withdrawn from their NT, so am I still a candidate?
I ask because I can't find any info about my candidature.
And because I can't seem to read the speech of the NT coach of the Maldives, where this player was a NT player of: http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-127568

Similar thing happened to me in previous elections, but in my case I sold the player who allowed me to become candidate.
I guess that you don't have to worry, but just in case - pm a player who plays in that league or someone who still has an NT player in Papua New Guinea and ask them if they can see your speech.
