"Agile" Attribute question (1)

Agile is supposed to give a "25% chance to avoid a duel". This is a bit vague to me. Is it a 25% chance to avoid a duel when faced with just 1 opposing defender? Or is it a 25% to a avoid regardless of how many defenders are trying to take the ball from you?
