During inactive what happens to xp points. (11)
My first team gk has only 1800 xp in over two weeks, while am away. Is this a bug.
so others have gained and others has lost xp? that's not a bug..

Players don't lose xp.
I don't have any personal experience of not logging in myself for that long, but it does say this in the Help:
- If you don't log in to the game for more than 2 weeks your assistant will slowly start using experience points to train your players.

why tanzania has no league?
There was no players or was very few. At some point emptiest leagues were closed and those few who played there had to choose where to move with his club. Later some of them were reopened according to voting which ones are most wanted. Keeping tens of empty leagues was just wasting of server resources. But you can pull players of Tanzania from your youth center.

that's a mixed league you numpty headed.. there are senegal,togo etc.. that's not even a real league

The Tanzania league was closed in Season 25 and the 4 remaining clubs with managers were moved to other countries. That's why it now seems to be mixed.
