Sub option: after yellow card any defender (1)

Instead of naming the player who will get the yellow card, you can choose the option for any defender/midfielder/forward. So if a player gets a yellow card, he'll be substituted if you want so.

The same could go for sub after player scored. Instead of sub after player X scored.
