Retirement of older players (351)

Nasty and unkind words always reveals far more about the nature of the person speaking than the people they are aimed at.
I've been through enough trials and trauma in real life to be bothered by the insults of a random stranger on the internet.

Fair enough, but it sad to see the complaints when we finally get development.
Consider the low gratitude probably the last time developers fix any bug similair to this one.

Next season, am embarking on farming of players.
All good players are available to go out.
Now that I look at it, the old players in my league will retire almost at the end of May. In fact, the required time was given. Those who have a good strategy will not be harmed. However, we can predict that there will be serious changes in the rankings. Welcome to a real and fair competition!!
@stephen you are right. Im sorry if i used offensive language. Meant no harm, im sorry if i offended anyone. Just wanted to give an opposing post of view. I mean, we all love the game...
I support retirement, but it is not enough. Injuries of older players should also increase. There must be long-term injuries after the age of 30. Moreover, we do not even see 70-80 year olds getting injured. This is very illogical. If we want managers to give importance to facilities and to train qualified young players, the frequency and duration of injuries to older players must be increased. This also affects the transfer market. This would be a revolution in terms of the development of the game.

@Q You are right that Endurance of all players should have more effect.
I do not understand how players with Endurance under 1 can tolerate even being tackled, make a challenge, or dive for a save without losing effectiveness.
If retirement comes, we will do the training and infrastructure for 16-16, and it will cost a lot.
So I think it's time for the big reveal on one of my keepers.

Javi Gámez is retiring on May 27 2024. He currently has a star value of 12.90 and also 1,644,185 accumulated xp that is available to spend on his training.
I will be spending it all at some point later today. Please feel free to have a guess at his likely star value after spending 1.64 million xp on more training.

Well we have two guesses and I'm about to start shortly.
He starts with Blocking (277) 7.79 and Tactics (9) 0.45 Star Value 12.90
My calculation is that I can afford to give him 126 Blocking and 17 Tactics trainings, which should take him to Blocking (403) 11.33 Tactics (26) 1.30 Star Value ??
My own estimate for the Star Value after training is around 52.40.
