Retirement of older players (352)
This has a lot of work to do to become a spectator sport. What's taking so long? Has his zimmerframe snapped or something?

I've done the Tactics training first. After 17 extra Tactics we now have:

So the final result is 52.45
Seems like my initial calculaton was more accurate than I expected.

Without being 100% sure, I think this shows that my calculation for the Blocking part of the keeper's star value is probably correct.
[The difference between the final result 52.45 and my starting estimate of 52.40 is simply down to small rounding errors.]
How many seasons you collected that amount of xp? Since buying?

I'm not sure exactly.
As far as I recall he was rated around 9.00 when I bought him, this was when most of the best players were in their low 20s. The plan then developed over time as I learnt more about the game.
I trained him for a few seasons and then stopped because I saw that the wages were going up quite fast. I still had a small club and decided to wait until I had other players to match. I would say he probably hasn't been trained for about 3 years.

Numpty - that's fine, as I was planning to sell him to the bank at the end of this season anyway.

@Aad: I think Lee knows that. What I'd understood from his previous post is it doesn't matter because he was going to go to the bank anyway.
