The rules for leaving a club have changed.

You need a stadium at level 3 or higher and a youth or training center at level 5 or higher to be considered an "advanced club".

I'm sorry for people who planned to use the old rule but some people were abusing this rule to get advantages they couldn't otherwise get. Leaving a club is only meant to help people who want to play in a different league than where they started, not to actually get stronger from the switch and unfortunately this did seem possible with the old rule.

We discovered a bug in the distribution of champions league tickets in all continents except europe. We've decided to move a few of the tickets to make the distribution more in correspondence to the number of active players in the countries.

Next season the number of qualification places in each country will depend on the results of the teams in the current season's champions league according to the UEFA coefficient ranking:

There was a problem with the south american league. Because the champions league started in the group stage, there were no losers from the third qualification round and playoffs that should have entered the south american league.

Because of this there were only 11 teams in the round of 16. To fix this, the 5 best losers from the champions league round of 16 were added and a new draw was made.

The transferlist in the scout office is not sorted with the players closest to the deadline on top (it was the other way around).

To avoid confusion, the players with flank "C" are now called "L/C/R".

Some changes to the transfer rules:

- You can only sell the player created in the tutorial 3 months after he was created.

- You won't get initiator advantage against human teams any more, only when you successfully requested a transfer from a bot team.

I made a small adaptation to the match formula to make goals in the lower range (weak attackers vs weak defenders/keepers) a bit more likely.

roaming no longer has an effect on keepers. New keepers can't get this special attribute any more.

A small change in the transfer bidding:

- the asking price is still increased after the 5th bid, but the deadline is only extended when a new bid is made in the next round.
- Bids with a difference of 2 dollar or less are considered equal to avoid rounding problems with different currencies.

In leagues with 12 or 14 teams the third match against each opponent is now played without home advantage.

When requesting an upgrade of one of your facilities the board will look at the last two seasons instead of just the current season. This will make it easier to upgrade facilities at the start of a season.

Some changes to leaving advanced clubs:

- you can no longer take players you bought, except if it was more than 3 seasons ago.
- your old club loses 33% of its popularity
- all building settings are reset when a building loses a level (to avoid getting stuck with settings you can no longer change).

Added this point to the terms of service (under cheating):

"Taking actions that are not in the interest of the team you are managing. Among other things this includes making excessively high transfer bids to pass money to a friend or intentionally ruining your own club."

This is something I believe was already covered under "You are expected to use common sense and play fair, both by written rules and intent." but I feel it's good to make this more clear.
