Create Players? (22)

ro RSM >> thursday april 4 - 06:44
If you don't want to limit the names to the club's nationality you could at least make it more expensive to have a player of one nationality and a name from another. On the long run that would mean more money for RS.
For example:
24-26: 100 credits, scout level 1 >> 175 credits
21-23: 150 credits, scout level 3 >> 250 credits
18-20: 200 credits, scout level 5 >> 350 credits
15-17: 250 credits, scout level 7 >> 450 credits

Paying 75 credits for a different name doesn't seem like something anyone would do...

Many people want to pick their own name, I can't force them to pick a different nationality just because their grandparents came from somewhere else.

That was an extreme example, you can put 25 credits more or something.
I honestly think that people that will care about the game and their national team will be annoyed by having foreign names in the national team.
After all, in a game, names are the only thing that can give us a sense of national pride.

Since the beggining, I think that problem with names is so not important. But it's my opinion.
I understand that guys could feeling strange about names, but total chaos because of that??

I thought it was obvious that the "total chaos" was about names, not about the game itself.

It is rather hard to understand this in a country with alot of nationalities from all around world off course. I mean you wouldn't be surprised to see different originated names. I can understand what Marius means but on the other hand, for a contry like Netherlands, England and so many other European contries, having only one line of names would be hard. For instance you can not even count how many nationality people are living in England. So it will be boring for the people living in there...

And some of Turkish originated players are playing in German and Switzerland nastional teams in real life..I can't remember others. So we should make those player's names German and Swiss as well, shouldn't we?

Vittorio Pozzo: that's what I also wrote somewhere else. There isn't anymore something like a "Belgian name" when you just take a look at the Belgian National Team (and that's just the NT).
Lukaku - Benteke - Chadli - Fellaini - Kompany - Mboyo ... (in the future: Musonda, Pereira, Bakalli, Januzaj)
It are all African names.
None of them was a common name 20 years ago in Belgium.

Now I barely know guys around me with a "normal Belgian name" (I live in Brussels so that's maybe an explanation but the point is that in every country players with not-country-related-names are appearing).
That's not chaos, that's reality.

National pride for Belgium isn't in the names because they sound dutch, french, african, english, german, turkish and whatever.

I also see that Greece has almost just Greek names in the NT, the same for Romania and Poland but in France, Belgium etc it's not a point.
