What should I do about that guy??
DM would fit him best but how to train him or consider retraining him .
Unless you have a special purpose in mind, I can never see the point of retraining a part-trained player as this costs you time, xp and credits.
Given his current skills he could still easily be shaped to play anywhere in defence or in midfield. A DM would be fine.
