He could be anything, so I'll make him a midfielder, because I don't have a lot of young midfielders that are good.
train passing, scoring, tactics, accept bank offer, upgrade to yc10.
I do not have the money for yc10 :(

Then sell some of your players, you have too many defense as example.
Is the difference between 4.75 talent and 5.00 talent that big?
And I've sold 2 players already, so I'm getting closer, but I don't know who else to sell.
You are the boss, at your stage now you should axe any of your player.
Some of your U21 will still end up crap, and some have almost surpass those old players..
So sale some u21 and some old one..
You can even sale your best players, don't get attached to any. In your current league.
what you need now is the money for upgrades not the players..
Soon you will start getting squad players from your youth, that can serve you even in league 2.

What should I do with these two players
They are not good enough to keep: sell!
Will it be worth it stacking their XP and then using it and selling them at 21 ??????
