There are 2 main sources of money. Stadium income and buying/selling players. 

There's no quick fix.

To earn money fast:

* Farm players

* Assign two staff at your catering ( I didn't do that mind you )

* Try to sell all your tickets before the match begin

I collected my stadium-11 money almost a year and it caused relegation of both my teams (in first team my key player aged faster than I expected and midfield collapsed, in second team it collided with shift of generation, so I played second level seasons mostly with own academy products and relegation was almost planned), but now I'm established again as top league teams. My second team needs just one point against last-placed team to get their first league medal after ruining perfect season of leader today. First team has slim chance to euro if my rival(has stronger but older players) will slip tomorrow. Probably missed penalty against him in 2-3 loss will cost continental football.
