He goes to Valentain, apparently without a review. Must be one of the most expensive transfers not to get reviewed.
The club has a top training facility, FA5 with 2 staff, so we should start to see him motoring ...

Probably not a bad buy at a little over $300 million.
He'll be fine for a few seasons until the really big wages start to kick in. After that it's difficult to predict what will happen once he gets seriously good.
Will someone be prepared to take the pain of massive wages for a few seasons or will they get so bad that no-one wants him?
Looks like he had a wage increase fairly recently:
- Age 20year, 6weeks (100%)
- Weekly wage $ 1 975 286
- Yearly wage $ 102 714 872
- Value 16.60-22.25
If we set aside his new wage when he got transferred, his previous weekly wage was $1129060. So that's a rise of 75% in one season.
This suggests that the likely wage rise going forward will be 50% for the next few seasons.

My boy Mathieu has grown so fast, the Haaland of RS.
The wages are starting to bite now. In one more season he'll likely be on $4.4 million a week and in 3 seasons it'll probably be $10 million.
