It's a risky strategy though.
Others do the same with YA4 and 5. With more clubs building high level facilities then the supply of these youths goes up and the price will come down.

The best managers get to know the transfer market very well.
There's a lot of transfer activity every window and they use their judgement of player values to buy low and sell high. Building high level academies is probably not necessary if you can buy the youngsters that you need at the right price.

this club has a wonderful setup of FA6-YA5, i still expect him to max out his facilities before the year 2030.
How he can afford to run that and pay his players' wages is beyond me.
His wages are at least $6.5 million and total running costs are likely around $28 million per day. That's roughly $1.4 billion per season.
