None to upgrade or none to remain? Last one is more realistic as it was said soon after introducing academies, that it's not possible to max both academies(6+6) without getting financial troubles due to costs. Plus, there is no upper limit on museum level, current record is 278. Some clubs have 5+5 academies, but many have decided to reduce mostly YA when costs were too high.
