That's annoying @Peter. I think someone else had a 53 year old who announced retirement. I've got a 54 year old retiring but at least he'll be 55 when he does.
Unfortunately giving him a job won't make any difference. If he's not doing anything right now you may as well fire him and get a replacement.

You can use Google Translate. I wouldn't ask a GM to do something like that.
Please how do I get my players to train with a better morale and how does it affect XP gained by a player after games or from TC ?
Is there a thread where I can find info on this ??
Training morale can't be affected.
The difference can be up to 10% I think, but from experience of match XP anything above 5 or 6% difference is quite rare.

Max/Min is +-10% on match xp +-0.5 ball Talent. Each player has a fixed amount and a random amount which changes once per season.
