I haven't looked through any RS teams for names, but I'm going to guess Ron Springer.

I'm trying to not give clues that will make it obvious but I think it might be pretty tough at the moment.
Clue 7. The English team that he played for is Seaburn Beach.

ipfreely is correct. Currently he plays in division 3.2 of the Netherlands.
To clarify a previous clue... he played for Searburn Beach before transfering to SK Augur before being purchased by me. Papua New Guinea is the lowest ranked Country in the Oceanian region.
