If Dele Alli is fit, I'd be inclined to drop Sterling and play both Alli and RL-C against Belgium. Though I expect Southgate may make a few changes to rest people, which might be a mistake, you want to keep momentum going really.
It will be a tough match against Belgium, we've not really played anyone good enough to really test the England defence and Walker and Stones both have mistakes in them. The trio of Hazard, KDB and Lukaku will make life difficult with the movement of Hazard and KDB.
