Not sure, but it could be Taavi's keeper:

There used to be some teams with loads of oldies but the managers left.

Yep, I checked those old topics, but none of those oldies teams have survived, neither players mentioned there. When manager left(fired) then bot fires all older players always and they disappear mostly if they aren't candidates of Hall Of Fame on some club.

Probably oldest existing player in database should still be https://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-18353 as Minerul Lupeni is still active. But he's not playing already very long years, he finished soon after I started.
Players from first season were poor compared to ones pulled later from YC or YA, their training was poor and originally there was age restriction for market- player was sellable before getting 32yo, after that his market value turned automatically to 0 even if being good enough for team. Mostly last-minute buyers of 31yo were bots, who fired them some seasons later when turning 37. At some point Office came and then older players were turned mostly to staff, where it was impossible to keep them after retiring, staff can't play anymore.

There might be some older active players than Piuluca, but if they are put on reserve squad they are invisible from team view.

Maybe we should have a separate list of the 'still living'. This is what I've found so far, but there will be others.

These have recently turned 103:

Alheib Belali https://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-6587

Raúl Balbuena https://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-6595

Scott Capon https://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-6745

He is not the oldest player of the game, but his peak is now at his 74 years

He has never had bigger value than he has today

Taavi's keeper recently finished his playing career and turned to staff. His last match was on April 11th. He will show whether such old players will retire after 1 season of being staff or is that age "out of range" at all.
