The player gets +0.05 on all trainable attributes per 2 players with the same nationality in their team on the field; -0.2 if there are fewer than 2.

Plays better in tournament matches but slightly worse in other matches (league, friendly, interlands and qualifications). The bonus is twice (and adds to) the home advantage, the penalty is only equal to the home advantage.

Gets a bonus at scoring from outside the penalty area. Can also use passing or dueling instead of scoring for these shots.

Player gets half the normal scoring penalty after making a goal
