Season 65 (85)

No victory in the European Cup Final. We dominated the game but the FC Den Haag goalkeeper was decisive. He will be elected "Man of the Match" We were not the favorite and to be in the final of a European Cup is already exceptional for my team.

==> Too bad: I would have liked to offer the Cup to England

Thank you all for your support and your messages

.

On the championship side, we end up on the Podium (Top 3), there too we didn't think we were there: So it's a very good season

Well another season (nearly) over. Disappointingly routine league championship for Seaburn, Cardiff's U21s looking strong and great work by Blackwhite.

My season (if anyone cares!) was OK. Second in the league, semis in the cups, best European coefficient I've achieved (I actually won a knockout round in the Champions League). Looking to the future, my first level 5 YA graduate finally hits the first team next season, replacing Ecuadorian club legend Taborda (now up for sale - get your bids in!).

Looks like we have a strong group of 6 in the European competitions next season, so hoping we keep that coefficient high.

Managed to shift a couple out early in the window. Might actually be able to bring someone in for a change...

Is 'early windows' a new idiom in the north-east?

It brings a whole new take on early doors and maybe needs some cockney rhyming slang. Early doors, women's drawers; early windows, women's dildos.
